Once again I have found the solution in re-installing RedHat and qmail
This time there was no problems at all
Redhat installed normally
Qmail installed normally
ezmlm installed normally

Thanks particularly to Mate for his help
 After installing ezmlm, is it good/wise to upgrade to
ezmlm.edx
