dot-qmail security

Hello.

Is it possible to restrict dot-qmail capabilities for some users and allow
it for others. I have not found any info on this in the FAQ / README / etc.

The thing I'm worried about is the feature of pipe'ing the message to a command.

If there is no standard way of doing it, I'll just hack the code of qmail-local a bit,
but maybe some of you know of a better way?
