Found an interesting comparison of various UNIX MTA's include qmail,
sendmail, postfix, exim, and zmailer:

Unfortunately, it's in Japanese. The results are presented in GIF's
with English annotations, though.
Looks like qmail did pretty well. :-) It didn't top every test, but
appears to be the overall winner.
