relay ? kind of (I guess)

Our ISP experiences problems with the satellite dish.
I would like to instruct our qmail (1.03) server to send all outgoing mail
to another mail server.
I'm going to get a leased line for that but I don't know how to set up the
server.
(I read the FAQ, but to no avail)
