I'm having some problems today with people getting a bounce message for mail that they did not send. I'm looking in /var/qmail/queue, and finding LatnGrnQQs as a string in files in the bounce/ directory, and nowhere else. I'm assuming that the number in the filename must map to the other parts of the queue. If I can find no other references to that number, is it acceptable to delete those things in bounce/ ?
