imap    stream  tcp     nowait  root    /usr/sbin/tcpd  imapd

BTW: My second question is: I installed dot-forward and dotqmail2alias,
so aliases and forwarding worked fine when smtpd was run from inetd. But
after switching to tcpserver they don't anymore. Any idea?
