smtproutes per user

Dear All,
Does smtproutes could route specific email to a specific server:

email for user with prefix ~a.. to ~p... will be delivered to mail
server A.
email for user with prefix ~q.. to ~z... will be delivered to mail
server B.

so it will be something like:

a-p....@domain:[IP Address]
q-z....@domain:[IP Address]
