in .qmail:  |bouncesaying error [ program [ arg ... ] ]

Make the /var/alias/.qmail-annie:loul file contain:
             |bouncesaying 'This address no longer accepts mail.'
        /dev/null

This will give a bounce message and put the message into the trash bin.
