Selective relaying with selective queue delay?

Hi!

Maybe the above doesn't explain much.

Lets say I send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] And I want
qmail to deliver to user1 immediately but user2 with a queue or delay.

Is this possible?
