I would strongly recommend *against* using ORBS,
because it blocks a lot of legitimate mail.  For
example, it will block mail from ISPs who do not
subscribe to it, and do not enforce fascist "no
servers" policies[1]. 

If you want to cut down on relay spam, use the RSS.
