You can use the same users. I don't believe the home directory is
particularly relevant for any of the users, excepting ~alias.
Are you planning to run a separate alias entries, or do you plan to use
the same one?
It also might be instructive to understand why you are running multiple
instances. There are many good reasons, but we're all a curious lot
here.
