Fw: start qmail automatically...

how can I start qmail automatically on FreeBSD boot
using daemontools and svscan script like this one:
#!/bin/sh
cd /service && /usr/local/bin/svscan & && echo ' svscan'

it run normally when I run it after boot-up process but error 
(qmail didn't start) when I use it for boot-up....
how can I fix it...???
