Ok... I forgot to mention it was working fine... but I resarted my
computer and it started doing this...
I am starting qmail-smtpd with:

tcpserver -v -c40 -x /etc/tcprules.d/qmail-smtpd.cdb -u$USERID
-g$GROUPID 0 smtp qmail-smtpd \
2>&1| setuser $LOGUSER accustamp \
| setuser $LOGUSER cyclog $FILESIZE $FILENO $LOGDIR &

in /etc/tcprules.d/qmail-smtpd I have:
more qmail-smtpd
127.0.0.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
200.33.117.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
ns.villasana.com.mx:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
correo.villasana.com.mx:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
pop3.villasana.com.mx:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
mail.villasana.com.mx:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""
smtp.villasana.com.mx:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""

please advice...
