Newbie question

Well,
    I have been playing w/ this install ...

but i still get this message in the maillog ...

   "home qmail: 962410407.609427 delivery 33:
deferral:unable_to_open_./Maildir:_is_a_directory._(#4.2.1)/"

Any help would be appreciated
