Be very, very careful to not reply to anything which might be mailing list
mail. There's no truly universal way to detect it, but some heuristics
have value. For instance, if any of the following are true, it's likely
mailing list mail:
-Contains a "Precedence: bulk" header
-Contains a "Mailing-List:" header
-Return-path: appears to be a qmail/ezmlm-style VERP
