Hi Brett ....

It's just a startup script...

exec env - PATH ="@PREFIX@/qmail/bin:$PATH" \
qmail-start ./Maildir/ splogger qmail &

I know I could just use it as is ? but I'm interested to know why it's 
missing from the qmail src.

Then the question beckons, is this the best way to start qmail up ?
