It reads from STDIN.

Put the message you want to send into a file, and supply it to
qmail-remote's STDIN. For most shells, this works as
qmail-remote mail.host.com [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] < file
`man qmail-remote`
