Forwarding all messages to local net behind masquerade

Can you any one help me ???

We have qmail server on our router. Everything is going fine...

Our MX in DNS records pointing to this router.

Now i need to forward all messages to server on our local network behind
masquerade...

It is possible ???

How I can do that....
