Create a .qmail-default file in /home/paul. This will catch up addresses
like paul-<anything>.
If you want to treat paul-john.doe specially you need a
   .qmail-john:doe
file in /home/paul.
See dot-qmail(5) "EXTENSION ADDRESSES"
