Outbound sending..

All of my users when trying to send to aol or other off system sites are
getting this error.

sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts(#5.7.1)

Well why should aol.com or msn.com or anything off site be in rcpthosts?

What am I missing on my qmail server to do this..

Any help would greatly be apreciated..
It has to be simple I am sure :)
