You are on the wrong list, courier imap has its own list. qmail-ldap has its
own list too, but this isn't the right one too ;-))
Either use courier-imap's authdeamon against ldap (documented in README or
so) or start it like qpop3d under tcpserver, s/t like
tcpserver auth_imap imapd Maildir
Of couse you need to add pathes and options.
This isn't documented anywhere yet.
