qmail + patches <> qmail

This kind of confusion and the resulting support nightmare is exactly
what Dan is trying to avoid with his distribute-unmodified-source-only
distribution terms. I'm sure this qmail+patches bundle complies with
the letter of the law by including the pristine qmail tarball to which
it applies the patches, but that violates Dan's intent.
