You can't do anything about those headers.  They are a result of your
ISP's brain-damage.  Tell them that they should have reverse DNS
records for all of their IP addresses.

Look at the file "FAQ" in qmail-1.03.tar.gz.  In it, you'll find a
section numbered "5.4".  Follow the instructiions.
