Don't presume anything, and don't tell us you're sure you did everything
right, when you haven't even followed the installation directions.
Set it up again, following all of the instructions to the letter. If you then
can't get it to work, take this issue to one of Bruce's lists (bgware,
probably). It's not really a qmail issue.
