You have no SMTP server running:
$ telnet 195.191.36.57 25
Trying 195.191.36.57...
telnet: connect to address 195.191.36.57: Connection refused
Configure your qmail-smtpd (using ucspi-tcp/tcpserver, see the
FAQ). Then your mail should arrive.
