How to patch ... ?

Hello all:
  I download qmail-1.03-mysql-0.6.7.patch.gz and I want to patch qmail.
But I can't how to  do patch
Example:

# patch -p1 < qmail-1.03-mysql-0.6.7.patch
  Looks like a unified context diff.
File to patch:


Please help me.
