Requires domain address

Hello all,

I am new to the list, first I get the following message . Any suggestions
please. Is to do with the Host name?
"Connected to 24.234.0.85 but my name was rejected.
Remote host said: 501 HELO requires domain address
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long"

Second I am not able to connect to qmail server through outlook express, any
idea.
