masquarading and qmail-smtpd

Hi,

a wanna masguerade hosts that send mail using qmail-smtpd
from my internal net.

control/defaulthost doesn't work 'cos for qmail-inject
QMAILSHOST to my environment doesn't work

adding the env in my tcpserver cdb file like

172.16.3.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILSHOST="trivial.3va.net"

does not work either. Is there a way?
