who should get postmaster mails?

Hi,

Who should get mails to [EMAIL PROTECTED]?
Is it someone in the organization that "owns" the domain e.g. postmaster
could be an alias to webmaster? Or should the postmaster of every hosted
domain point to the administrator of the mailsever?
