I think that's a packaging error; it was in version 3.0 of qlogtools. If
you're running Linux, I've put the i386 RPM of qlogtools 3.0-1 at
http://www.qcc.sk.ca/~charlesc/software/rpms/qlogtools-3.0-1.i386.rpm
. I don't have a copy of the tarball handy.
