Though this issue has come on the list a couple of
times before also .. but i couldn't find a solution.
A have a mailing list with most of the emails going
to hotmail.com.
Many bounce with a message:
64.4.49.71_failed_after_I_sent_the_message./Remote_host_said:_554_Transaction_failed/
what i could summarise from the previous
discussions:
1. Hotmail may have some issues with the envelope
sender address. (may be due to missing MX record?)
2. Hotmail is broken.
3. Mailboxes at hotmail might be full so it gives
this error ...?
But couldn't find any solution. Wondering if
somebody has discovered what the real cause of the problem is.
