I use a combination of McAfee's uvscan for Ainti-Virus, 
(http://www.mcafee.com), and Jason Haar's qmail-scanner for running uvscan, 
and for filtering, (http://qmail-scanner.sourceforge.net/). I've been very 
happy with the results!
