Filtering attachments

Does anyone know how to reject every attachment in these file format : .exe, .com, .bat, .lnk, .pif   or   .scr ? Every mail (outgoing or incoming) with any of this file format attached will be rejected and the sender will receive a notification mail.   Thanks.
