"maildirsize" is part of the Maildir++ "Standard" used by qmail-ldap,
courier imap and sqwebmail at least. It's safe to delete it, it is recreated
on the next Maildir operation. It's used for the quota stuff (to be exact> i
may be used for the quota stuff. It's not required.).
