Feel free to adopt the ones that are not, then, and issue a qmail-1.04.
And look at the remaining ones to see why people are patching qmail
instead of writing add-on programs and/or hooks.

Accept this challenge if you will: I will de-list any qmail patch from 
www.qmail.org if you can show me how I can solve the same problem
without patching.
