I finally got qmail-scanner and qmailqueue working ok. The test shell script in the contrib directory produces the expected virus email. HOWEVER, it doesn't seem active (I have the QMAILQUEUE set in the smtp run file, etc.) I did notice that when I configured qmail-scanner, that it said "no commercial virus scanners found" when I have Innoculateit on my machine.
