I'm fairly new to Linux, and definitely new to qmail, but I've been assigned this task
nonetheless. I am supposed to use linux to create a machine that will sit outside our
firewall, intercept mail, scan it for viruses, filter out junk mail, and then
redirect/bounce it to the internal mail server. Similar scanning would not need to be
done for outgoing mail. Can I use qmail to do this? I've heard there is an
attachment to qmail that handles virus scanning. Where would be a good place to
start? As of yet, I don't have qmail installed, but I've read the help/install files,
and I think I can manage that part.
