Can't quite parse this, but maildrop is run like any other delivery
agent: via the "defaultdelivery" parameter to qmail-start (via
control/defaultdelivery if you used LWQ) or via a dot-qmail file.

If you just want to filter your own mail, see the dot-qmail and
