How to deny relaying based on a recipient email address?

How would I stop relaying mail destined for a specific recipient?
For example the recipient is "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
How to selectivily not deliver mail to its address.





A perl script on my web page sends mail to internet users, but I don't this
user getting any mail from my machine.
