I'm searching for a "POP before SMTP" solution for qmail.
I've searched using Google, and I cannot find a definitive "official"
solution.
Which solution is the best or most popular?
I'm sure that everyone knows what I mean by "POP before SMTP". But just in
case I've used the wrong nomenclature, let me clarify. I mean requiring a
sender to receive mail using POP (which requires a password) before allowing
the sender to send via SMTP, as a method of allowing a person to send and
receive mail from anywhere without creating an open relay.
