The attached patch can be applied against QmailAdmin v0.88 .. It fixes a
problem when displaying a mailing lists' subscriber list when the number of
subscribers is over 500. It will now display up to 65,000 subscribers. I
also changed the HTML formatting slightly, the subscriber list will be
displayed as two columns rather than one.
