hi there...

to change this behavior of autorespond just try to find the section in
autorespond.c where it says "to many received from"
(line ~ 700).
then just change _exit(99) to _exit(0) and everything should work out fine.

qmail stops processing of dot-qmail files when a programm exists with an
errorcode other than 0.
so errorlevel 99 would tell qmail to stop processing this message.

i'm not sure if it will work - so please don't blame me if it doesn't.

bye
thorsten
