afaik there's no such thing - you might be able to tweak maildrop into doing
that but I haven't seen it done anywhere

why not just go with spamcop and rblsmtpd ?
or maybe take a look at spamassasin - it has a more sophisticated
way of filtering spam - http://www.spamassassin.org/
