I've just noticed today that at the bottom of the email accounts listing page, and if you have more than one page worth of users, the "Next Page" link and the "Set catchall deleted" link are all one link. I haven't made any changes and have been running v 1.0.4 since installing this several months ago. I guess neither myself or any of the customers noticed it before now. Is there a patch or was this something wrong with the installation?
