[qmailadmin] Editing qmailadmin cgi file

Does anyone know if it’s possible to edit the qmailadmin file
that resides in the cgi folder? I would like
to hack the qmailadmin program so I can incorporate it into my
site.

When I open qmailadmin with a text editor I get the following:-

it abit.
