Probably not. That's a very strange request. Also, you're probably on the
wrong list. I'm not sure if there's a list that CAN help you with that though.
Here are some ideas for implementation:
1.) Create an email account for this purpose
2.) Write a Perl script that runs from cron and checks maildirs/mboxes for
new messages on said account, then parses the attachment out of the message.
Pretty simple idea, but implementing it wouldn't be easy.
