it's odd. one would reasonably presume that the only people subscribed to this list are email server administrators, since this software is only of use to same. so one would also reasonably presume that an email server administrator would have at least a passing understanding of how to read email headers, and be able to figure out how to properly unsubscribe from the list.
but apparently the presumptions are extreme.
