i would like to know your opinion about letting mail users, use qmailadmin to change their passwords. i was told, users were not supposed to access qmailadmin for any reason and that qmailadmin should only be used by the postamster.
There should be no reason to keep users from changing their password. If anything, not providing an interface to change passwords is a bad thing.
QmailAdmin was designed primarily for postmasters, but also for individual users to modify settings on their own account.
