right now i have on domain (example.org) and a
subdomain (sub.example.org).

qmailadmin is currently showing up at example.org.

what if i have to put it showing up on sub.example.com?

example:

right now to access mail administration i will have to
access www.example.org/cgi-bin/qmailadmin

working fine. no doubt about that.

i now have to put it running on sub.example.org

example:

i want to access qmailadmin through sub.domain.org
typing: www.sub.example.com/cgi-bin/qmailadmin

Configure apache so www.sub.example.com is an alias for www.example.org. Or, have the cgi-bin directory and images directory map to the configuration for www.sub.example.com.

other thing is i do not understand why it assumes
example.org. might be for being the first domain on
the webserver. dunno... but i'dd love to ;)

The --enable-domain-autofill guesses the domain name based on the host name in the URL.
