i think i might be doing something wrong here... no doubt.

let me show you my html code:

src="/wwwroot/htdocs/systemblast.gif"><br>
</span></big><br>

now i put it outside my cgi-bin directory. note that 
/wwwroot/htdocs/ is the absolute path for the web
server on the file system.

put sys.gif on /wwwroot/htdocs/systemblast.gif, pointed
the path in the html code to
src="/wwwroot/htdocs/systemblast.gif and still does not
show up...
